Here are some interesting articles for this week. In particular, I liked Eric Goldman’s pointing out how the EU’s Right to Be Forgotten can impact Google search results, focusing on an article by Venkat Balasubramani. It’s been quite a while since I last had coffee with Venkat on one of his trips through Chicago, but I haven’t forgotten him. 🙂
Also, I note that Professor Goldman has a new article coming out on mass-defendant IP lawsuits, and will be in Chicago for the DePaul Law Review Symposium in April to discuss it.
In other news, I note that Marvel is subpoenaing Reddit and Google to learn the identity of those who posted a script for the new Ant Man movie online.
