Blawg Review #213 pre-announcement

    About the Author

My name is Kevin A. Thompson, I am an intellectual property attorney in Chicago, Illinois with the firm Davis McGrath LLC. I practice in the areas of domestic and international trademark, copyright, and internet issues. Internet law is my real love, especially how trademarks and copyrights intersect there. The focus of this blog is the digital world, its impact and legal framework. I write about recent issues, cases, and controversies. I also give my general thoughts about the Internet and its impact upon us and our society.

Blawg Review #213 pre-announcement

18thMay. × ’09

I’ll be hosting Blawg Review #213 one week from today, on May 25, 2009. I’m preannouncing the theme because I need your help. Yes, you there!

My first Blawg Review #42 was in honor of Douglas Adams, one of my favorite authors who suffered a permanent existence failure in 2001.

May 25th has been designated as Towel Day in his honor. On that day, fans around the universe proudly carry a towel in his honor.

Please send me pictures, fellow law bloggers and tweeters, of you with your towels (rated G or PG only, please!) to kthompson@cyberlawcentral.com, for inclusion with references back to your blogs, articles, and tweets. I reserve the right to not use all the pictures submitted, but I plan to use as many as I can!

Thanks in advance!

And while you’re making pictures to post here, consider entering the Towel Day photo contest organised by the British publisher of the Hitchhiker’s Guide. There are neat prices to be won! Details on: http://www.towelday.org
