Links for Week of August 8, 2025

This week, news of a prior hack of the US Court online systems was revealed. A jury in California found against Meta in a case involving data collected from the Flo period and pregnancy app. Finally, I liked Professor Goldman’s analysis and critique of the majority opinion in the Krasno v. UWM case, a free speech case involving censorship of an animal rights activist on Facebook and Instagram.
