This week, I liked the article by Geoff Huston giving the background on the current Internet Governance regime. Professor Goldman had a nice post about a recent 9th Circuit decision that turns our normal conceptions of internet jurisdiction on their head. Finally, an update on the Google antitrust case as it heads into the remedy phase.
If any of you are in Myrtle Beach next week for ILTA Evolve, look me up! I’m speaking on Tuesday as part of a panel regarding the privacy implications of using facial recognition software within the legal industry. Looking forward to it!
